SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
The estimated delivery times set out below are from the date on which you place your order with us. Please note that the delivery times quoted are an estimate only.
Delivery Methods:
Hadat Cosmetics Europe offers DHL Express shipping for Domestic and International orders.
For EU orders, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
For International orders, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Rates:
- Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania: € 7.00 via DHL
- Rest of Europe: €20.00 via DHL
- International: €30.00 via DHL
Shipping Exclusions:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Russia.
Orders for which A P.O. Box delivery address has been chosen cannot be processed and deliveries will not be made to these addresses.
The order should reach you within the provided estimated times, in cases of unforeseen events (such as extreme weather conditions), the delivery might be delayed.
ORDER STATUS
Your order will be dispatched by DHL within 2 working days after the date that you placed the order.
When your order and payment are validated, Hadat Cosmetics Europe will send you an Order Confirmation Email.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email from Hadat Cosmetics Europe which confirms our acceptance of your order and will mention the Estimated Delivery Time.
